Grace Evangelical Church (GEC) is a Slavic church in Columbus, Ohio with many members who have family, friends and loved ones in Ukraine. We are devastated by the current war in Ukraine, and have been praying daily and checking in with our community on ground. We have found that there is great need for prayer, humanitarian and monetary aid to help the community. Therefore, we are partnering with a logistics organization, local churches and organization to send aid and monetary assistance to local churches, orphanages, refugee shelters and charity organizations. Our church ( Columbus Ohio) is working hard to help Ukraine due to the Russian invasion.
Currently, we are sorting 50 pallets of medical supplies and shipping them via air to Ukraine. That is just a small part of all medical and all other supplies heading to Ukraine via air and sea. We continue to receive generous amount donations from central Ohio and surrounding areas. The donation center is open on most days and we have many volunteers working daily to process, package, document and prepare it to be shipped to Ukraine. We want to thank all that have opened their hearts and continue to support Ukraine War relief efforts either by tangible or monetary donations.
